You can go through a self-reset process by clicking on the 'Forgotten username or password' link in the login pop-up. If this doesn't work for you, then please contact the technical helpdesk on the email address above.
This material is progressively made available as you work through the course. Each time you complete and submit a 'Make Connections' activity the Going Deeper material will be opened for that session.
We recommend the free version of the 'HelperBird' web app for all accessibility needs. A link to this can also be found on the dashboard after you login.
This is likely to be caused by the security settings on your Chrome browser. This browser has a setting that forces 'https' onto the beginning of these links, causing them to not work.
To prevent this from happening, check out chrome://settings/security and look under 'Advanced'. Then toggle the setting titled "Always use secure connections" off.
